Andrew Levine is a Director of Investments Sales at ONE Commercial Realty Services, where he focuses on the evaluation, marketing, and disposition of commercial assets in Upper Manhattan. He specializes north of 96th Street with a keen capital markets knowledge of Morningside Heights, Harlem, Manhattanville, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights and Inwood.
Previously, Andrew was a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman and Wakefield, where he worked alongside Josh Lipton. With Josh, he sold more than 35 properties for a total value in excess of $300 million. Andrew began his career in brokerage at Massey Knakal Realty Services and, prior to that, he worked in wealth management at Wells Fargo Advisors and at the private equity firm Emerald Creek Capital in New York City.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University (NYU). At NYU, he was Philanthropy Chair and an Executive Member of the NYU Stern Real Estate Club. Andrew also studied in Prague for six months and has traveled to over 30 countries. He is fluent in Russian, and has studied Spanish and Mandarin for over eight years.
